All Sales are final.
Because we print on demand and do not keep an inventory, we do not accept returns. Exceptions to this policy are limited to damage or defects from the printing process. Products damaged in transit are not eligible for refunds and should be taken up with and recompensed by the shipping company.
All requested returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are to be packaged as close to our original packaging as possible. Returns are not prepaid, as the art must be inspected for damage prior to restocking. ALL REFUNDS are subject to us determining the received art is in sellable condition. Once inspected and approved, refunds should occur within 2 business days.
Packaging requirements for returns:
All art is shipped with protective tissue and/or bubble wrap, Please use the same and return in the cardboard tube it was shipped in or equal. If packaging is not sufficient to protect the art during return shipping, a full refund WILL NOT BE GIVEN.
